This morning a news communique was delivered to us along with a video from the CEO of the Dominion of Lhepo.

Sirius Cyan has officially announced that a VP of operations has been named, as well as a promotion for a more recent member of the Kamparian Guard.

Here is but a snippet of the promotion ceremony that was held this morning at the Kamparian Guard HQ:

The camera pans from the news anchor to the screen in the top left, then the small screen grows to fit the whole of your holoviewer.  A Devaronian enters - Colonel Sirius Cyan, leader of The Order of Kampar and commander of the Kamparian Guard. Silence fills the room.

After reaching the podium, Sirius Cyan clears his throat and starts to speak, thus starting the ceremony.

"My fellow colleagues and allies, and most of all friends, I welcome you in the Kamparian Guard home and one of the most important elements of defense of the Order itself."

Sirius pauses, eyes the room, smiles and continue his speech.

"Today we are gathered here for a happy reason, something that makes me believe our Order has a bright future. Today we recognize excellency, hard work, loyalty and commitment within our ranks. Today we see that we are a group, a family, people joined together in one single goal: to make this Order great."

Signaling the crowd, Sirius calls William Machado and Scott Hood to move forward and join his side.

"Major Scott Hood, you are my right hand in the Kamparian Guard and one of the best elements in the Guard and the Order. Your hard word, perseverance and loyalty, among other qualities, are hallmarks that should guide others to become better men and better members of our Order. My trust in you is unswerving and because of that you are now not only my 2IC in the Kamparian Guard, but my 2IC in all Order's affairs. You are, from now on, 2IC of the Order of Kampar. Congratulations, you deserve it. And let me say that it is an honor to serve alongside you."

Sirius salutes Major Scott, turns to Sergeant Machado and continues to speak.

"Sergeant William Machado, since you joined the Guard your work has been astonishing. Working directly with me in the Guard's affairs, you fulfilled your orders with absolute zeal and, honestly, I can't think of one mission you didn't accomplish. Your help is highly appreciated by me and Major Scott and we believe you are now ready to take on more responsability within the Guard. For this reason, you are now promoted to the rank of Captain.
Congratulations, Captain William Machado."
 

Sirius salutes Captain William and finishes his speech.  From here the video fades out and returns to the news anchor.

"It is indeed a time of celebration within the Order of Kampar, the Kamparian Guard specifically.  congratulations go out to the new leaders of the Guard and our best wishes follow.  In other news...."

As of early this morning, sources within the Dominion of Lhepo have provided details about a private meeting between Head Caretaker and Prophet Horley Cyan and Colonel of the Kamparian Guard Sirius Cyan.

Within hours, the reigns of the Corporate side of the Order had been turned over to Colonel Cyan in hopes that financial growth and continued efforts to strengthen the systems defences could continue on the path that they were set upon.

A source within Prophet Cyan's personal staff has stated that Prophet Cyan was preparing to make his way outside of the saftey of the Order and see where the spirit of Kampar would take him.  

Until Prophet Cyan's return, Sirius Cyan will continue to lead this group into the future in hopes that Horley Cyan will return soon and in good health.
